Only tax default tax rate will appear on the receipt unless a 2nd Tax rate is specified.

Any information that a customer wants to appear on the receipt can be edited in the Header, Footer or Refund Policy.

For Example to have the Company Email Address listed on the Receipt, It can be added to the Header Message.
