through billing Automation

on the top right of the nova

click on SETTINGS

open BILLING and PAYMENTS

click on OPEN/CLOSE LOCATIONS

click Reactivate multiple locations and check the box next to the location(s) being reactivated, select the payment method being used for the reactivation and click next to reactivate the inactive location(s)
