my nova is online  i do have internet but i cannot process credit cards using authorize.net & im using att / tmobile hotspost…

1. restart your hostpot /restart nova & try again

2. login to the hotspot ADMIN page http://192.168.x.x (cmd/ipconfig)

3. change data network from LTE to 4g/3g or cdma only
