1.once you establish a live support connection
2.click UNATTENDED ACCESS tab
3.Select the CREDENTIALS > “At Setup.” Option
4.Select ALLOW UNTENDED ACCESS > choose 1 Week
Windows user must enter his Login Password during the 1st time on the setup
